— 02 / Activities

Six activities, three countries, one shared voice.

Three local labs build the muscle. Three international mobilities take it across borders. Two transnational meetings hold it all together. Every activity feeds the next — and all of them feed the manifesto we will sign in Malta.

— Local activities · build the muscle

Three labs, one in each country.

Single-day events in Hungary, Turkey and Malta — each a working space where 20 young people prototype the skills they'll need at the international tables.

— International mobilities · cross the border

Three weeks that change the room.

Five-day residentials of 28 participants — 20 young people and 8 youth leaders from across all three countries. Each one has a sharp purpose, a five-day arc, and a deliverable that travels home.

— Transnational project meetings

The two meetings that hold it together.

TPM 1 · Kick-off · 20–21 Feb 2026 · Virtual

Led by Innovative Youth. Six delegates — a youth coordinator and a young delegate from each partner. We finalise the Gantt, launch the collaboration environment, and agree on monitoring.

TPM 2 · Evaluation · 5–6 Feb 2027 · Virtual

SWOT, sustainability planning, dissemination refinement. Six delegates again — closing the loop on what worked, what didn't, and what continues after the funding ends.

— The Joint Youth Manifesto

What we will say, together, on the last day in Valletta.

A working draft, written collaboratively across four months of mobilities and ratified at the December summit. Read it as a sketch — the final words belong to the youth in the room.

— To be signed · Valletta · 10 December 2026

— Outputs you can hold

What lives on after the closing ceremony.

01 · Civic Action Charters

Three country-specific charters, written by youth.

Born in the Budapest lab, refined locally, presented in Malta — each charter captures the civic priorities of one country's young people in their own words.

02 · The Voices Wall

A travelling exhibition of grassroots narratives.

First built in Hungary, restaged in Turkey and Malta, the Voices Wall holds the digital stories collected through the project — open to the public at each restaging.

03 · Campaign kits

Re-usable advocacy campaigns, ready for take-off.

Each kit — a campaign idea, a brief, a content pack, a measurement plan — is left openly licensed so other youth organisations can run their own.

04 · Voices in Action blog

A digital home for the project's stories.

Ongoing across the 14 months, the project blog publishes participant writing, video, audio, and the everyday work of being young and civically engaged.

Every tangible output is published in open-access English, disseminated through eTwinning, EPALE, SALTO-YOUTH and the European Youth Portal.
