The Week's Game
YOUTH CIVIC VOICE LAB · BUILD WITH AI

How this week works

This week every team builds a real website – a digital campaign platform about a youth issue you choose – with AI as your assistant.

  • Pairs: two people per computer – one from Türkiye, one from Malta or Hungary. Swap driver and navigator every 10 minutes.
  • Team Studios: two pairs = one team of four. Roles: Product owner · Designer · Content writer · Developer · Social media lead.
  • Build with AI: you build in the browser with DigiBot Studio – plan, prompt, review, fix, iterate, publish.
  • Pro Studio: developers can level up with mentors in VS Code with Claude Code or Codex.
  • Voices Points: earn points for milestones, missions, sport, votes and the festival. Live leaderboard on the QR code.
  • Morning News: each morning one team shows a 2–3 minute news reel of the day before.
  • Launch Day (Friday): your platform goes live on voiceinaction.eu – demo it, share it, win awards!
11:20 – 11:50
Coffee Break Networking.
11:50 – 13:30

LAB 1 – How the Web Works & First Build

Build with AI Day 1 lessons (how the web works, AI toolbox, planning, prompt engineering, walkthrough) and a first build in DigiBot Studio: every pair (one Turkish + one international participant per computer) makes its own ‘About us’ page.

Mentors: M. Toprak (lead) · Ceyda Battal

Digital materials2

Open on your phone. Templates with empty boxes: answer them in your team Padlet or a shared Google Doc.

About Us – First Build

Your first build (pairs): a one-page “About us” site.

  1. Plan (3 min): who are you two? 3 fun facts each, one thing you want to change in your town.
  2. Prompt (example): “Create a one-page website called ‘About us’ for two young people, [first name] from [country] and [first name] from [country]. Add a header with our names, two cards with 3 fun facts each, and a quote about youth voice. Style: bright, friendly, mobile-first. Use purple and orange.”
  3. Review: open it on a phone-sized window. What looks wrong?
  4. Fix: describe ONE problem precisely (“The cards overlap on small screens – stack them vertically”).
  5. Iterate: change colours, add emojis, add a footer “Made in Balıkesir with Build with AI”.
  6. Save: download / save your project.

Privacy: first names only · no surnames, phone numbers, school names or addresses · no photos of faces unless the person agrees – use emojis or avatars.

Website Prompt Formula
BUILD WITH AI · PROMPT

Website prompt formula

WHAT (page / section) + FOR WHOM (audience) + CONTENT (texts, items) + STYLE (colours, mood) + DEVICE (mobile-first)

Weak: “make a nice website”

Strong: “Add a section ‘The Issue’ for 16–25 year-olds with a title, 3 short facts in cards and a big orange button ‘Act now’. Mobile-first, friendly tone.”

Fix prompts: one problem at a time, say where it is and what you expect.

13:30 – 14:00
Lunch Bilnet Schools.
14:00 – 15:00

LAB 2 – Team Studios & Platform Plan

Two pairs form a Team Studio, take modern web-team roles (product owner, designer, content writer, developer, social media lead) and plan their campaign platform – mission, audience, sections, look and feel. Teams exchange mission cards.

Mentors: Halil İbrahim Eriş (lead) · Ceyda Battal · Özlem Tuğlu

Digital materials3

Open on your phone. Templates with empty boxes: answer them in your team Padlet or a shared Google Doc.

Team Studio Roles
BUILD THE PLATFORM

Team Studio roles

  • Product owner – keeps the vision, decides when the team is stuck, keeps time.
  • Designer – colours, fonts, logo, how it looks on a phone.
  • Content writer – texts, facts, stories, checks every AI sentence.
  • Developer – leads the prompting and the code, joins Pro Studio.
  • Social media lead – films, posts, captions, tags @eurolinks · @voiceinaction · #VoicesInAction #ErasmusPlus.

Four people, five roles: the product owner also leads social media – or swap every day.

Platform Plan Canvas

Mission – in one sentence, what will our platform change?

Smart feature we dream of (quiz, pledge wall, map, game…)

The issue itself is chosen on Tuesday with real data – today, plan the platform. Post a photo of this canvas on your team Padlet.
