Three partners. One voice.
Voices in Action is built and run by three non-governmental youth organisations across three countries — each chosen because they already do the work the project demands, and because together they make a triangle the Mediterranean has been waiting to draw.

— How we collaborate
A triangle, not a hierarchy.
The consortium is built on three equal partners, each leading one country phase. Innovative Youth in Malta carries the formal coordination, monitoring and reporting; Berek Barátja in Hungary leads the project's first international mobility and the storytelling methodology; EuroLinks in Turkey leads the second mobility and the creative-campaign track.
Two transnational project meetings — virtual, at the start and near the end — hold the partnership together. Between them, weekly working-group calls, a shared digital workspace, and an active dissemination plan keep the work visible to the youth, the National Agency, and the wider European youth community.
None of this is paperwork. It is the scaffolding around six events, four months of mobilities, dozens of young people meeting each other for the first time, and one manifesto signed in Valletta in December 2026.
