How to take part.

Voices in Action selects 120+ young people through an open, inclusive process across the three partner countries. If you are between 16 and 25, curious about civic life, and willing to bring your story — read on.

— Who we are looking for

Six criteria, not a checklist for sameness.

Selection is intentionally broad. We are building a room that resembles the youth of these three countries — not just the youth already comfortable in rooms like ours.

  • Age 16 to 25

Whether you're still in upper secondary, mid-degree, between things, or already working — if you're in the bracket, you're eligible.

  • A real motivation for civic engagement

You don't need policy expertise. You need a question about your community, a feeling you can't put down, or a campaign you've been imagining.

  • An interest in storytelling and social change

Writing, video, podcasting, comics, graphic design, performance — every form is welcome. What matters is that you want to tell something true.

  • A willingness to act as a peer multiplier

The project ends when you carry what you learned back to your school, your collective, your neighbourhood. Selected participants commit to one local dissemination action.

  • Diversity, in every direction

We select across gender, region, education level, socio-economic background, and lived experience — and we reserve 40% of seats for youth with fewer opportunities.

  • Working English

The international mobilities run in English, but you don't need to be fluent. If you can hold a conversation and try, you can be in the room. Translation support is provided.
