Voices in Action selects 120+ young people through an open, inclusive process across the three partner countries. If you are between 16 and 25, curious about civic life, and willing to bring your story — read on.
— Who we are looking for
Selection is intentionally broad. We are building a room that resembles the youth of these three countries — not just the youth already comfortable in rooms like ours.
Whether you're still in upper secondary, mid-degree, between things, or already working — if you're in the bracket, you're eligible.
You don't need policy expertise. You need a question about your community, a feeling you can't put down, or a campaign you've been imagining.
Writing, video, podcasting, comics, graphic design, performance — every form is welcome. What matters is that you want to tell something true.
The project ends when you carry what you learned back to your school, your collective, your neighbourhood. Selected participants commit to one local dissemination action.
We select across gender, region, education level, socio-economic background, and lived experience — and we reserve 40% of seats for youth with fewer opportunities.
The international mobilities run in English, but you don't need to be fluent. If you can hold a conversation and try, you can be in the room. Translation support is provided.

— How to apply
One email and a password. We use it to save your application securely and to email you the result. Sign-up is right inside the application form.
About you · your story · inclusion & consent. No CV, no certifications, no polishing. About ten minutes. You can return to check your status any time.
The partner team in your country reviews every application personally. You'll be emailed with a decision — approved, waitlisted, or with a note on next steps.
— Where to follow the work
Every output is open-access English. We disseminate through the official Erasmus+ channels and our own networks. If you teach, train, or work with youth — these are the rooms to find us in.
